Our staff is available Monday-Friday 7:00A.M. to 5:00P.M. CST - and via e-mail.

We currently ship via UPS for physical addresses, and USPS for PO Boxes within the continental United States. For additional shipping requests, please contact us toll free 1-800-854-4373 for assistance.
Shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will have additional freight charges added to the total amount. You will be contacted by e-mail or telephone with these additional charges.
Note: Shipments to PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. Ground charges will apply, plus an additional $10.00. You will be contacted by e-mail or telephone with your new order total including final shipping amount.
Residents of the state of Illinois will be charged 9% sales tax.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days.
Orders take 10-14 business days to be shipped (after processing time).

An order confirmation is sent to each customer via e-mail when an order is completed via our secure order pages. Phone orders will not have an order confirmation e-mailed.
All customers should carefully review the order confirmation e-mail they receive to ensure they have ordered the correct size, color and quantity of toilet seats. Changes can be made to an order via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of receiving this confirmation.
We are not responsible for any errors made during the ordering process. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Order confirmation numbers will include the date ordered and the customer's full name.

For closeout items, all sales are final. No returns are accepted on this merchandise.
All returns and exchanges must include a return/exchange authorization code (RGA Number). Please call us toll free at 1-800-854-4373 to obtain your RGA number.
All returned goods accompanied by an RGA number will be refunded to your credit card, excluding any shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. All original packaging must be returned with the item to ensure a timely refund or exchange. If an item is damaged in shipping, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item(s).

Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open toilet seat packages for refund or credit. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are opened, used, cleaned or soiled.
All images on this web site represent our products to the best of our ability and within the limits of the internet and computer graphics. Unfortunately, individual computers reproduce color in vastly different spectrums depending upon video cards, monitor settings, etc. In light of this, we cannot guarantee that the image you see accurately portrays the actual product colors, texture or pattern. The customer will be responsible for all freight charges incurred in shipping and/or returning of products for this reason.
