If you order a toilet seat and it is not the right color, and the box is unopened, you can return it (with a restock fee assessed). If the box is opened, the toilet seat cannot be returned. Please make sure your selected toilet seat color is correct before ordering.

Toilet seats that are unopened can be returned with a restock fee applied by the manufacturer. Opened seat boxes are not allowed to be returned. That is why it is so important to know your specific color and toilet seat size before you purchase any toilet seat. There are many colored toilet seats and many toilet seat size options, so be sure you select the ones that are right for you. The color chart, located in the Seat Color Chart and Sizing section of our web site, may be helpful; click here to access this information.
When you receive your toilet seat, there are flanges on the top of the box which you can look into to visually verify the color of your seat. If the color of the seat is not correct or not a match to what you need, do NOT open the box. Simply return the unopened toilet seat in its box to the address supplied and we will work with you to get the right color and the right toilet seat. - Is my seat round or elongated?
This is a very common question many people have. Before you order any toilet seat, be sure you know the correct answer.
This diagram should make selecting your toilet seat much easier. Just measure from the front of the seat to the seat bolts. This will tell you not only the size of the seat you will need, but will also tell you if you need a round front toilet seat or you need to select one of our elongated toilet seats.
Round front toilet seat models will measure 16-1/2”, while elongated toilet seats will measure 18-1/2”. If you have a toilet seat that is shorter or longer, please check our specialty toilet seats. There, you will find a number of toilet seats that do not meet these standard measurements.
